Homes
Short stays we will host together — houses we would sleep in, held to one standard, beginning on Palm Jumeirah.
01
The home is the product
Not a night sold cheap. The air, the bed, the arrival, the morning. Occupancy is what follows a house people want.
02
Guests and owners
A stay we would send our own family to. A house we would take back as hosts. Two ways in — neither is open to book today.
03
A standard that travels
Air, water, sleep, materials, the door. One improvement, every house we hold. Nothing here is a listing or a rate.
The home is the product.
Most holiday companies sell nights. We intend the house to be what you remember — the air, the bed, the first glass of water, the morning you actually slept.
A booking is not the product. The guest experience is the product. An owner’s return is the product. The systems behind the door are the product.
We exist, when Homes is open, to turn ordinary short-stay houses into living rooms that perform — financially for the people who hold them, and as a stay we would send our own family into.
A standard the Palm has not had.
Palm Jumeirah has extraordinary real estate. What it has lacked is a unified standard that travels from door to door — one arrival, one bed, one way of keeping a house.
That is the gap we intend to close. Not by claiming a portfolio today. By proving a model house by house, guest by guest, owner by owner — until the name on the door means the same thing in every frond we hold.
Not isolated properties — a network. One better mattress. One better cleaning. One quieter arrival. The whole set of houses moves together.
Stay with us. Or grow the houses with us.
A stay we would sleep in ourselves — not an anonymous apartment with a lockbox.
- Houses held to one standard of air, water, sleep, and arrival
- Clear communication. A door that opens without theatre
- Wellness as the room, not a brochure in a drawer
- Days the house already lives — kitchen, water, the city — when those chapters are ready
A house we would take back as hosts. Alignment first. Volume later.
- One operating partner for the short stay — listing, pricing, guests, linen, the small repair
- Continuous improvement, not maintenance that waits for a complaint
- Revenue treated as a consequence of a house people want to return to
- A seat while the standard is still being written — if the house belongs with us
Every house moves toward the same rooms.
We do not intend to maintain properties. We intend to evolve them. A house joining the network would enter a process — air, water, sleep, materials, design, the door — until it can stand next to the others without an apology.
01
Air
Cleaner indoor air. Purification. Less of what a body should not breathe. Ventilation that makes a Gulf afternoon livable.
02
Water
Filtered to drink. Filtered to shower. Less chemical on the skin. A glass you would pour for a child.
03
Sleep
A mattress we would keep. Linen that lasts the week. Blackout. Light that does not fight the body. Quiet where a frond allows it.
04
Materials
Wood, stone, fiber. Less plastic that pretends to be a house. Surfaces that get better with years, not tired in a season.
05
Design
A plan that works when a family actually lives in it. Flow. Less clutter. Furniture where a guest would put a bag down.
06
The door
Smart access without a circus. A house that can run while we are not standing in it. OS, when the two chapters meet — not a gadget wall.
Quality compounds every year.
- A house should become more valuable every year.
- A stay should improve every year.
- An owner’s return should improve every year.
- The network should get stronger every year.
A better supplier helps every door. A better arrival helps every guest. Isolated houses cannot do that. A network can — even when it is still small.
The next luxury home is intelligent.
The future stay is not marble, metres, and a view. It is a house that supports sleep, steadies the body, lowers the noise, and still feels like someone lives there.

Guests will choose rooms that hold them, not rooms that only accommodate them. Owners will want a partner who improves both the night and the asset. That is the operator we intend to be.
A stay is not a silo.
Homes is one chapter of Meli. When the other rooms are ready, they belong in the stay — not as upsells pasted on a listing.
Garden
The outdoor room lives here now — air taken outside, shade, the hour after the pool.
Cappuccino
The cup and pause we would put at the table and repeat. Not a minibar. A coffee hour held by the house.
Superhuman
Sleep and air as we live them. Inspiration in the stay — not a clinic in the guest book.
Activities
Water, a court, the city, a museum hour. Days we would keep, when there is something to announce.
Gallery
The family art collection shown close to the homes we hold — unique works given a public room on Palm Jumeirah.
OS
The digital house beside the one with a key. Access, the record, the quiet automation.
One house at a time.
01
First houses
A small set. Write the standard. Keep the arrival. Learn in public without pretending we are already the Palm.
02
The Palm
More doors on the same fronds. A recognizable way of arriving. Owners who want the long year, not the loud season.
03
The name
The benchmark for a short stay people trust. Partnerships in hospitality, wellness, design — earned, not announced first.
04
The ecosystem
Houses that keep upgrading together — technology, data, the table, the body — a living network, not a frozen lookbook.
Homes is forming. Nothing on this page is a property you can book, a rate, a contract with an owner, or an offer of lodging. Joining the waitlist is interest only.
Wait with us for Meli Homes.
Name the chapter you lived.
Meli Homes sits on one house profile. The score is the house, not a chapter.
