Welcome to Meli. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meli website, online shop, products, and related services.

Meli is operated by Athanasiou Family Lifestyle FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are Meli's family; Meli is the brand we invent and run. Athanasiou Family Lifestyle FZCO trades goods through Meli Shop, markets the house on social platforms, hosts families at Meli Club, and shares how we live — how we talk to each other, family life, movement, and how we dress. The licence names that activity lifestyle coaching: we live it and we act on it, and we do not teach a curriculum or diagnose another family. Meli Superhuman is not medical care.
We curate furniture and decor from around the world — marble, travertine, wood, lighting, and everyday details — with Greek heritage and global craft.
Orders are fulfilled through fulfillment partners. Some pieces leave from partner stock already in the UAE; others leave from international fulfillment partners. Meli is the merchant of record; partners handle sourcing, packing, and shipping on Meli's behalf.
How we live here means conversations about behaviour — from a more sedentary life toward a more active one — and about family life, movement, appearance, clothing, shopping, and how we dress.
The website may include:

- Meli OS — a free family floorplan and an optional paid digital workbook

Projects of the house open as we live them, and each project page states whether it is available now or still forming. A waitlist is interest only — not a booking, enrolment, membership, ticket, or offer of lodging, education, or care. Meli Superhuman is not medical treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place orders unless supervised or authorized by a legal guardian.
By using Meli, you confirm that:
- you can legally enter into agreements,
- your information is accurate,
- and your use complies with applicable laws.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and materials are provided in good faith. Colors, veining, and finishes may vary from what you see on screen depending on your display, lighting, and the natural characteristics of stone. Natural stone — travertine, marble, limestone — is unique; each piece varies.
Lifestyle content, guides, conversations, newsletters, and forming-project pages are for inspiration only — how we are living, or what we intend, not a curriculum we teach. They are not professional design, medical, clinical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Fashion and Cappuccino, when they exist, will share how we dress and hold a coffee ritual; they are not professional qualifications or dietary advice. Homes does not offer lodging or a booking on this website until we publish a listing in writing. School is a forming project — not enrolment and not a licensed formal-education credential unless we say otherwise in writing. Joining a waitlist does not create a contract for a stay, a class, a membership, or a product.
You remain responsible for how you interpret and apply any content from Meli, and for confirming that products suit your space, use, and local requirements before purchase.
The Meli OS pages on this website are a free public guide. They are notes from how we live — not a course, not software, and not professional legal, tax, security, or financial advice.
The optional Meli OS — Family Floorplan Workbook is a digital product. The price shown at checkout is due at purchase. Payment is taken by Stripe. After a successful payment we email the PDF as an attachment to the address you enter at checkout. The file is not published as a public download. You are responsible for entering an address you can open.
The PDF is licensed to you for personal use by your household. You may not resell, republish, or share the file as a product. Affiliate and partner links in the guide may earn Meli's family a commission if you subscribe through them.
If the email does not arrive, write to us from the address you paid with. We will resend. Refunds for this digital product follow the Returns policy.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and delivery details. Prices may change at any time; the price confirmed at checkout applies to that order.
Payment is processed through third-party providers. We are not responsible for failures of banks, card networks, or payment platforms outside Meli's control.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. The timing in your bag details is the usual window: most orders, not every order. Remaining orders take longer. About 90% of partner-fulfilled orders are processed in 1–3 business days. The remaining 10% take longer to leave. After dispatch, the transit window in the bag details reflects the exact variants in your bag and the destination country. Where a reported share is available, it describes that product-true transit window — not a promise that your parcel arrives in those days. The remaining deliveries take more days. The arrival range adds processing to that usual transit unless the bag already shows a complete door window for that piece. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Orders leave from partner stock — some already in the UAE, some international. See the Shipping policy for full details.
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before it enters processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is not available.
Prices follow your delivery country, before tax. UAE orders add 5% VAT on the merchandise at checkout. Elsewhere in the GCC — and on any order we arrange outside the GCC — we do not add VAT. Import VAT or duties may be charged on arrival by local customs; they are not collected at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, incorrect delivery details, or events outside Meli's reasonable control are not grounds for cancellation or refund after dispatch.
If tracking shows your order as delivered, we treat delivery as complete unless you provide a non-delivery certificate from the local courier or post office.
We do not offer a return or refund because you do not like a piece. After-delivery claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, or partner-confirmed delayed orders follow the Returns policy, together with applicable consumer law in the country we deliver to. Delivery timelines and fees are described in the Shipping policy.
Some features (such as wishlists) may store preferences on your device or account. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
We may suspend access that violates these Terms, harms the site, or creates legal or security risks.
If you submit content to us — including messages, photos, reviews, or testimonials — you grant Athanasiou Family Lifestyle FZCO a non-exclusive worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for website operation, marketing, and improvement purposes.
You remain responsible for the legality and ownership of your content.
You may not upload content that:
- violates laws,
- infringes intellectual property,
- contains harassment or abuse,
- spreads malicious software,
- or harms the website.
Meli names, product photography, copy, designs, and media are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy,
- resell,
- reproduce,
- scrape,
- reverse engineer,
- or commercially exploit website materials without written permission.
Meli may integrate or link to third-party providers, including:
- payment processors,
- fulfillment and logistics partners,
- shipping and courier partners,
- analytics providers,
- social platforms,
- and external partners.
We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, availability, or actions. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Your use of this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athanasiou Family Lifestyle FZCO and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- loss of profits,
- personal decisions made from website content,
- business interruption,
- data loss,
- or third-party conduct.
Use of the website is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athanasiou Family Lifestyle FZCO, its founders, team members, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims arising from:
