If a mirror arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, write within 10 days with photos. We open a case with Deknudt. They do not take the mirror back. The remedy is the one they confirm. Desilvering is their 7-year warranty, not a send-back. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in the country we deliver to, including rights relating to defective goods.
