Wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth. Deknudt warrants the mirror against desilvering for 7 years. That warranty is not a send-back.

Questions about materials, dimensions, or whether a piece suits your house before you buy?

These Deknudt mirrors are made to order. After payment, the order cannot be cancelled, and change of mind is not a return. If delivery is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, write within 10 days with photos. We open a case with Deknudt — we arrange return when the mirror is damaged or incorrect; for incomplete delivery we follow the remedy they confirm. Desilvering is their 7-year warranty, not a send-back. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in the country we deliver to, including rights relating to defective goods. UAE orders remain subject to UAE consumer protection law.
